Responsibilities
- Deliver automotive products to customers in a timely, safe, and professional manner.
- Load and unload inventory from company vehicles, ensuring accuracy and care.
- Maintain delivery logs and verify customer orders upon delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and resolve minor issues or escalate as needed.
- Assist in warehouse operations, including stocking, organizing, and inventory management.
- Inspect and maintain delivery vehicles, reporting any issues or required maintenance.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies during deliveries and warehouse tasks.
- Communicate effectively with the operations team regarding delivery schedules and customer feedback.
- Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and reporting opportunities to the sales team.
Represent the company professionally at all times, maintaining a clean and presentable appearance
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver license in the state that you will work and be insurable with our carrier
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening and background check.
