Job Summary:

As the Store Manager for Canyon Mountain Rentals in Park City, you’ll lead the daily operations overseeing rental services, sales, and staff management. You’ll be responsible for driving performance across financials, guest service, inventory, and team development—ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for every guest.

 

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $65,000 - $72,000 + Annual Bonus
  • Employment Type: Year Round
  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
  • Housing Availability: No

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales initiatives and uphold high standards of guest service
  • Analyze sales trends and implement strategies for growth
  • Manage labor and operational budgets effectively
  • Oversee inventory control and achieve inventory goals
  • Hire, train, coach, and schedule a high-performing team
  • Enforce company policies including cash handling and loss prevention
  • Train staff on POS systems, product knowledge, and resort information
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and support staff development
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety standards
  • Communicate regularly with the Regional Manager
  • Stay informed on industry trends and product innovations

 

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience
  • At least 2 years in a management role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service and sales acumen
  • Proven leadership and team-building abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Preferred:
  • Experience with rental and retail POS systems

The expected pay range is $65,000 - $72,000 + Annual Bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
