NOW HIRING: Pool Equipment Service Technician – Commercial Aquatics
Location:   Dallas, TX
Pay Range:  $25.00–$29.00/hour

Aquafinity, a leading master distributor and service center in the commercial aquatic industry, is expanding its expert service team in   Dallas, TX . We're looking for a hands-on, mechanically inclined   Pool Equipment Service Technician   who’s passionate about fixing things that matter.

Whether it’s diagnosing pump systems, making electrical repairs, or educating clients on best practices — you’ll play a critical role in keeping aquatic facilities safe, efficient, and operational.

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair   pool pumps, filters, valves, and controls
• Perform routine inspections and diagnostics on commercial aquatic systems
• Handle minor   plumbing and electrical   repairs
• Accurately identify root causes and implement effective solutions
• Educate customers and junior team members on   industry best practices
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, in the field and during travel

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of mechanical experience  (pool systems, plumbing, HVAC, or electrical preferred)
• Experience with   equipment installation, repair, and troubleshooting
• Strong critical thinking and   problem-solving skills
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Solid communication skills (written and verbal)
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel overnight as needed
