Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial pool systems
Perform basic plumbing and electrical work as required
Troubleshoot issues and conduct equipment inspections
Educate clients on proper system use and care
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, to identify service opportunities
2+ years of mechanical experience (pool industry experience is a plus)
Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairs, and fieldwork
Self-motivated with strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
