Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Saint Louis Park, MN, for a Technical Sales Representative. The role involves managing the sales process from consultation to project completion, building relationships with clients, and presenting customized solutions for premium outdoor living systems. The individual will provide detailed product information, respond to inquiries, collaborate with the design and installation teams, and deliver exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include attending training sessions, staying updated on product advancements, and assisting in identifying new sales opportunities to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Technical Sales and general Sales practices
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven ability to provide direction and Training to customers or team members on technical solutions
  • Motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks
  • Experience in outdoor living products or related industries is a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM software and presentation tools
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work on-site in Saint Louis Park, MN
