What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end title and escrow processes with accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate with lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers to ensure seamless closings
- Review title commitments, clear title issues, and prepare necessary documentation
- Coordinate closing schedules and maintain compliance throughout the transaction
- Work collaboratively with internal teammates to deliver a smooth and professional client experience
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in title and/or escrow coordination required
- Qualia experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of title processes, real estate documentation, and compliance
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Professional communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Ability to work onsite in our Madison Heights office
