Job Description and Duties

Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager (SSM) I of the Operations Unit (Unit), of the Admin Office (Office), of part of the Compliance Division (Division) within the Department of Cannabis Control (Department), the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) will perform the more responsible, varied, and complex technical and analytical staff services assignments for the Unit. The incumbent will be responsible for training, personnel, and administrative support for the Division in an assigned region; however, may be required to conduct business throughout the State of California (State).

Special Requirements

Conflict of Interest (COI) - This position is subject to COI Regulations. The incumbent is required to submit a Statement of Economic Interests (Form 700) within 30 days of assuming office, annually by April 1st, and within 30 days of leaving office.
