POSITION: Three Sisters Market - Barista (Part-Time)
WAGE: $12.00 9P/H)
POSITION SUMMARY : Provide excellent service to guests in deli-style food and beverage venue to include ready-to-eat food options, snacks, quick-prep food, ready-to-serve beverages, specialty made-to-order beverages.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Greet guests, take food/drink orders, prepare and deliver orders to CCCH specifications and standards.
Operate all food and drink equipment correctly and safely.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of venue including tables, chairs, floors, counters, and food preparation areas.
Maintain appropriate inventory of stock items (paper, plastic, food, ice, condiments, etc.).
Adhere to all food, alcohol, health, safety, and CCCH policies and procedures.
Process accurate payment transactions, issue correct change, maintain accurate records.
Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Opportunities for Internships, Apprenticeships, and Coordinated Work Study programs may be available in lieu of formal education and work experience requirements for this position for enrolled members of the Yavapai-Apache Nation.
1. Education: High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.
2. Work Experience: Minimum of 3 months experience in food industry required. Barista experience, preferred.
3. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
a. Speak, read, write fluently in English.
b. Excellent customer service skills and present a professional and personable demeanor.
c. Able to maintain composure in fast-paced, multi-task environment.
4. Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements:
a. Have or obtain food and beverage safety certifications.
5. Be at least 18 years of age.
6. Able to demonstrate eligibility to work in the U.S.
7. Participate and pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming License.
