Position Overview:  As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at our organization, you'll play a pivotal role in implementing individualized treatment plans designed to support children with autism spectrum disorder. You'll work closely with a collaborative team of professionals, using evidence-based strategies to provide comprehensive behavioral support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collect data and track progress on identified goals
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in therapy approach
