This is your opportunity to build a career supporting the systems that keep restaurants running—from Aloha Point-of-Sale (POS) solutions to networking setups and beyond. You'll work directly with seasoned technicians and clients, getting real-world experience and technical training in a high-growth industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site and remote troubleshooting for restaurants and hospitality businesses.
• Track issues and resolutions through our ticketing platform.
• Keep tools and equipment organized and ready for field service.
• Represent the company with professionalism and top-tier customer service.
• Gain hands-on experience diagnosing software/hardware issues in real-time.
• Partner with senior techs to install and support Aloha POS systems and related hardware.
• Grow your skills with structured Aloha POS and IT training sessions.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

• Curiosity and enthusiasm for tech—especially if you love figuring out how things work.
• Basic hardware and software know-how.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routers, switches).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to be part of a team and jump into new challenges.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Company car provided for on-site support
• References and willingness to do background check

Bonus Points For:

• Prior tech support or field service experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems, especially Aloha.
