Job Description:

Summary:

• We are seeking an Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience to lead and oversee projects in a hybrid work model.

• The ideal candidate will have expertise in Javascript, React Js, and React, with a strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management.

• This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, while aligning with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities: -

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and collaboration.

• Provide technical guidance and support in Javascript, React Js, and React to team members.

• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.

• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans and status reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success, implementing contingency plans as needed.

• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging innovation and creativity. Evaluate project outcomes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.

• Utilize Product Lifecycle Management knowledge to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Support the development of best practices and tools for project execution and management. Qualifications -

• Possess strong technical skills in Javascript, React Js, and React, with the ability to provide guidance and support.

• Demonstrate experience in managing projects within a hybrid work model, balancing remote and in-office collaboration.

• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders.

• Have a solid understanding of Product Lifecycle Management, contributing to project success.

• Show proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, ensuring efficient project execution.
