Our client, a leading data-driven organization, is seeking a Data QA Engineer to join their team. **Job Title:** Data QA Engineer **Location: Remote** **Pay Range: Competitive** Contract - long term need **What's the Job?** + Review and understand business requirements, data models, and source-to-target mappings for integrating Salesforce data into the Data Vault. + Design, review, and execute test cases for Snowflake objects such as tables, views, and stored procedures. + Perform data quality checks and reconciliation within Snowflake to ensure loaded data matches Salesforce source records and business rules. + Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot Snowflake query performance during ETL testing. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize data quality. **Required Skills & Experience** + 5+ years in QA focused on **data warehousing, ETL, and data quality** + Strong **SQL** skills and experience with **Snowflake** (schemas, stored procedures, performance tuning) + Hands-on with **Matillion ETL** + Solid understanding of **Data Vault** concepts (hubs, satellites, links, business keys) + Experience with **data validation** , **reconciliation** , and **test case design** If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
