2018 is well under way

It seems like only yesterday that I was throwing away the Christmas tree and taking down all of the sparkly decorations. It’s already been a year! I hope you have all had a restful and peaceful festive holiday.

And if you are like me, you already feel the pressure of 2018, which is well on its way…

What is your biggest fear?

As achievers, it’s not the fact that 2018 is here. It’s failing to achieve your goals.

No matter where you are now, there is ALWAYS another level to reach. To raise the bar, you need laser focus to stay on target to achieve those goals.

Like when you go on a rollercoaster, it’s exhilarating and it makes you scream and feels fun. That kind of fear is so enjoyable (if you like that kind of thrill.)

But fear can be debilitating and paralyses you from moving your life to the next level. It holds you back from doing the things you want to do.

Those important things that you know, must be done for 2018. You know what I mean-it’s what your soul craves but your mind is taking over. I am not talking about new years resolutions because they never work. I mean goal setting for the coming year. WRITE IT DOWN.

Yes, that’s right, good old notebook and pen! It works.

Did you know that if you write down your goals you are approx 40% more likely to achieve them than if you didn’t bother?

What are your intentions?

Everyone has their own desire. All of us. No matter how experienced or accomplished we think we are, we have desires, dreams, and aspirations. It’s part of being a human.

You can make the choice and take action according to what  you need to do. It’s up to you. However, we often limit ourselves by deciding we can’t do something before we even try.

When the answer is NO before the question is asked, we stop our growth and ultimately our path to success.

Stop it!

The first step in Creating Your Killer Mindset is to stop telling yourself disempowering thoughts.
The moment when you catch them, then you can switch them into something more positive.
