September vibes, why I love this month

               Facebook is flooded with “back to school” photos! So cute!!

                No one posted “continuing to work” photos, did they?

Didn’t think so…

If you want a thriving business, you need to keep on grinding AND you need a limitless mindset.

And a high-performance mindset isn’t just about overworking. 

Ever heard the statement ‘work smarter not harder’? It’s about finding the times of day that you are most productive and you are going to get most of your work done. For me that’s 6am, before my son wakes up, I can get at least an hour of work done and start the day with a gym session. 

What does it look like for you? Are mornings or evenings more productive?


That’s why I love September. 

Summer is over and it’s time to get cosy in your woolly jumper. Before you hit hibernation mode and get too comfortable, September is a great month for refocusing and rebalancing. 

It’s a purposeful time to get clear with your goals, whether they are in your life or your work. All those things that you were meaning to get on with, that you have been ignoring and procrastinating over. 

Now is the time!

The great news is you CAN have what you don’t have…

But it requires doing something different to what you are doing now.

What happens when you keep doing what you are doing? You keep getting what you have been getting.

If you crave a successful thriving life/business, here are a few tips to get you going in the right direction

  1. De-clutter. Yes, all that stuff that has been piling up on your desk. I know you have paperwork you were meaning to clear out but haven’t got round to it. You will feel more focussed for it and your mind will thank you for it. Trust me.
  2. Take one element of your nutrition that makes you feel sluggish and reduce it, for now. See how you feel. You can thank me later!
  3. Ask for help! Get support in the areas that you have failed in the last 6 months. If your house looks like a mess, clean it. If you haven’t felt fit and healthy, get a trainer. If your life/business isn’t going the way you planned, get a mindset coach.

The good news? You can change those old patterns and stories you have been telling yourself and create massive shifts that will mean FINALLY getting the traction you want in your life/business.

If you make some progress and then you end up in the same old place like an elastic band pulling you back, that’s mindset.

If you’re telling yourself you just don’t have the time or it’s not the right time, again and again, that’s mindset.

If you’ve paid for courses on business strategy but haven’t seen a shift in your life/business, that’s mindset.

No matter how many mistakes you make, you still ahead of anyone who isn’t trying.
